Process Update: Coach & Trainer MOU
Integrity is a core value of our community. To create clarity and transparency, we have developed memorandi of understandings for coaches and trainers. The goal is to allow for consistent experiences for coachees, clear expectations for our interaction within the community, and for us to honor our relationship with Birkman International ®.
We have had over 40 people contribute to the writing and review of these documents, trying to ensure this is a shared commitment agreeable to all. That being said, we continue to welcome your feedback.
